RowRecon Support, operated by Shift Warden LLC. Ordinary cases never upload your statement PDF. We store the category, your description, optional email, and privacy-safe diagnostics (institution, account type, parser mode, native vs OCR, transaction counts, HIGH/REVIEW/LOW counts, REVIEW_RATE, reconciliation, fail-closed reason, app/parser version, browser family). We do not capture transaction descriptions, balances, account numbers, PDF contents, or merchant details automatically.
Do not paste account numbers, balances, transaction tables, merchant lists, or full statement text into this form. Refund requests should describe the billing issue only. Describe parser problems in general terms (layout, parser mode, what looked wrong). Contribution of a sanitized sample for compatibility/QA is optional and separate — creating a ticket is not a contribution.
