FAQ

Are all Chase statement layouts validated?
No. RowRecon does not claim that all Chase statements convert. Only selected personal checking and savings digital layouts are in-product validated, still pending sanitized real-statement QA.
Is RowRecon affiliated with Chase?
No. RowRecon is not affiliated with or endorsed by JPMorgan Chase or any other bank.
What if my Chase PDF is a different layout?
Unknown Chase layouts fail closed or use the generic parser with REVIEW rows. Do not treat that as official Chase support.
